In an interview on the 22nd of August Attorney General Amos Wako revealed that he had contracted two senior international lawyers to work on Kenya’s admissibility challenge on the two cases involving six Kenyans before the International Criminal Court . He also denied allegations that he had frustrated previous efforts at filing the challenge at the ICC.
