Kenya files admisibility challenge

Kenya has formally commenced a legal challenge on the international criminal court's jurisdiction over the two cases against six kenyans at the hague. Attorney general amos wako has confirmed that two international lawyers contracted by the government filed the challenge at the hague today. The government wants the pre-trial chamber that is considering allegations against the six to rule that the cases are in admissible before the icc
